Found this guy at some point this summer, not really sure how, but I never really gave him a listen until a few days ago. You might not like him or find any of his nerdy humor funny or clever, but I do. If you only listen to the melodies, you will hear nice pretty acoustic folk music. But then if when you listen to the words and realize are about IKEA, Zombies, or Giant Squids...yeah. This album is live, but the only reason you can tell is the banter between songs-- the songs actually sound more like studio recordings though because you can't hear any audience or anything. Actually makes it kind of awkward...whatever.Right now my favorite is for sure "RE: Your Brains" but maybe that will change. If you like it you can find more of his stuff for free on his website
