Every once in a while you come across a record that you just wish you had on vinyl so you could hear that faint buzz as you drop the needle while the table begins to turn and wait in anticipation for the sounds to come. Those records are not the cleanly polished studio crafted sound that we are so used today--and that is exactly what I am offering to you today. Here is some retro garage rock from the late 60's The Music Machine, introduced to me earlier today by the glory of satellite radio. We may not be actually listening on vinyl as it was originally intended, but you can tell this is clearly era-stamped material which is what I love about it.
Some songs are better than others (I'm not really tat into to the 3 or 4 cover tracks). Personally, I like the more heavy and raw songs that sound a bit ahead of their place in the traditional time-music continuum.
If you want some old school classic rock and roll that resides far off the beaten path, hit this album up.
